Weather: In the summer months, hot and dry during the day and cool at night. Colder in the mountains. August gets cooler in the day. Check the forecast for 59028. In the winter, it can get really cold and windy. Can snow in July and September.

4K Dress Code: Comfortable, casual, functional and fun. Cowboy dress up!

Clothing: Jeans, hiking shorts, t-shirts, long sleeved shorts for riding/fishing, long sleeves and warmer layer for evening. warm sleep wear, bathing suit/quick dry shorts, sun hat/glasses

Outer Wear: Rain gear, sweatshirts, fleece. Be prepares for weather changes in the mountains when hiking.

Foot Wear: Hiking boots, rugged sandals, riding boots (we have extras), cowboy boots (optional)

Equipment: Camera, favorite fishing rod (we have some), personal sleeping bag (if camping)
